Coffin Cheaters motorcycle gangbangers James William Wallace Garland,Aaron David Fraser are charged with assaulting a crowd controller

Two men linked to the Coffin Cheaters motorcycle gang have made a brief appearance in the Bunbury Magistrates Court charged over a serious assault.30-year-old James William Wallace Garland and 30-year-old Aaron David Fraser are charged with assaulting a crowd controller at the Fitzgerald's Hotel last month. They were charged after police raided the gang's headquarters in Bunbury last week. Defence lawyer Max Owens told the court his clients will be seeking more relaxed bail conditions. The men have been ordered not communicate with associates of the gang, approach within 500 metres of the hotel or its staff and only reside at their home addresses. Outside court, Detective Senior Sergeant Kylie Whiteley says police will dispute any attempt to relax the men's bail conditions.
The pair will face court again tomorrow.
