Three people are behind bars after being busted with what police call a “significant amount of drugs.”The drug bust happened Wednesday at 249 N. Baird Street, which is across the street from East High School.Police say a K9 unit located 12 individually wrapped bags of marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the house.Twenty-nine year old Carter Hopson, 45 year old Angela Cleggett, and 43 year old Tommy Hopson were arrested.Carter Hopson was recently released from prison after serving time for armed robbery and several other crimes. He is also a self admitted member of the Gangster Disciples.All three are facing a variety of drug charges and a penalty enhancer for being within 1000 feet of a school
