Oakland church shooting was gang-related, police say - ContraCostaTimes.com: "Gang members responsible for the Tuesday afternoon shooting at an East Oakland church are facing criminal charges, authorities said.
The Alameda County District Attorney's Office today charged two teens, 16 and 17, with multiple weapons charges, including illegal possession of a firearm by a minor and possession of a concealed weapon. Their names were not released because they are juveniles.
There will be a detention hearing for the two on Thursday, when it will be determined if they will be released to family or remain in custody pending the outcome of the criminal proceedings."
