‘Gang members’ arrested after a non-injury shooting incident involving Visalia police officer | visaliatimesdelta.com | Visalia Times-Delta and Tulare Advance-Register: "Two men described by Visalia police as “validated gang members” — one of them suspected of firing a weapon in the direction of a Visalia Police Department officer — were arrested late Friday night, police reported.Bill Xiong, 21, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder of a police officer. Xiong is described as the trigger man during the incident, which occurred just before 11 p.m. Friday.Neither the suspect nor the officer were injured, police reported.
