Mexican Mafia Boss on Trial For Hit: "Eulalio Martinez, also known as 'Lalo' is a Mexican Mafia boss who controls the Lomas street gang in San Gabriel.
According to investigators Martinez ordered a murder in Rosemead from a cell inside Pelican Bay State Prison in 1998... A murder prosecutors say unveils the relationship between Mexican Mafia bosses in prison and violence out on the streets of Los Angeles.
