Crime Scene - Help sought finding homicide suspect: "homicide suspect sought by Montgomery County detectives is a member of the '38 Mob' street gang who opened fire on a 27-year-old after the victim had been beaten, robbed and was lying on the ground, police said this week.
Tyshon Lateek Jones, 18, should be considered armed and dangerous, police said.
