Gang member involved in Boynton Beach Mall shooting to be sentenced today in drive-by shooting case: "gang member involved in a deadly Christmas Eve 2006 shooting at the Boynton Beach Mall is expected to be sentenced this morning for his involvement in another shooting four months earlier.
A jury in October found Pierre, an alleged member of the San Castle Soldiers street gang, guilty in a August 2006 drive-by shooting aimed at rival gang member Berson Dieudonne outside his Boynton Beach home.
Pierre is already serving a 40-year prison sentence for killing Berno Charlemond in the Boynton Beach Mall on Dec. 24, 2006.
Today he could be sentenced to up to 20 additional years.
His sentencing hearing is set for 8:45 a.m. at the Palm Beach County Courthouse in West Palm Beach."
