In the complaint filed against him, Michael Anthony Ruiz, 18, of Yuma, was charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault, assisting a criminal street gang and two counts each of aggravated assault and threatening and intimidating.
The same seven felony charges were also filed against 18-year-old Richard Martinez, also of Yuma.
