Bloods gang members accused of crime spree; six men arrested, three juveniles in custody - lehighvalleylive.com: "Police allege Bloods gang members robbed and stole for six months last year, culminating in several attacks on Lehigh University students and staff.
At a news conference Tuesday morning, Bethlehem police Commissioner Stuart Bedics announced that six men and three juveniles were responsible for 22 violent crimes, and all are members or associates of the Piru Bloods and a Bloods subset known as the Yosko (park) Gangsters.
'This is our local chapter,' Bethlehem Lt. Mark DiLuzio said, noting that young, often juvenile, members of the gang were forced to commit crimes.
DiLuzio said junior gang members contributed revenue to the gang through crimes, mainly robberies and burglaries, and suffered beatings if they failed to produce enough."
