Bandidos bikies Blair Raymond Thomsen and Kenneth James Whittaker have been sentenced to five years' jail, suspended after 20 months, for torching the Rebels' headquarters at Albion in 2007. Another Bandidos member, Ivan Glavas, received a four-year jail term to be suspended after 16 months. John Debilla, 47, who was not a Bandidos member, is expected to be released today after his sentence was wholly suspended. The court heard the arson attack was an act of revenge for an earlier brawl between the Bandidos and Rebels clubs. The four men pleaded guilty to arson.
During sentencing, District Court Senior Judge Gilbert Trafford-Walker took into account time they had already spent in jail.
