Ex-gang leader could testify in Spader trial - NashuaTelegraph.com: "one-time city street gang leader has struck a plea bargain on a charge that he beat a man with a rock and may testify against would-be gang leader and murder suspect Steven Spader, court records show.
Chad Landry, 27, of 60 Almont St., is among 68 potential witnesses prosecutors listed for Spader’s upcoming trial for the home invasion and murder of a Mont Vernon woman and attack on her 11-year-old daughter.
One of the prosecutors in Spader’s case, Senior Assistant Attorney General Jeff Strelzin, was present in Hillsborough County Superior Court on Tuesday, when Landry was scheduled to plead guilty and be sentenced for an assault early on Thanksgiving Day 2009. The hearing was postponed, however, and is now set for Oct. 12."
