Six to be sentenced in gang-related slaying at Sunnyvale party - San Jose Mercury News: "Members of a Norteño street gang from Mountain View are expected to be sentenced to prison today and in November for their roles in the stabbing death last year of an 18-year-old man following a Sunnyvale girl's 16th birthday party.
As part of an agreement, six people pleaded no contest in September to a variety of charges stemming from the fatal stabbing of Mario Aguilar of San Jose, who died July 12, 2009, according to the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office."
