Notorious Mpls. gang member pleads guilty to drive-by shooting | StarTribune.com: "Paris Patton, 23, pleaded guilty to first- and second-degree assault and is expected to get more than 12 years in prison. He had been charged with attempted murder for allegedly firing a gun into a car carrying a group of people on Feb. 7. Patton, a member of the 19 Dipset gang, entered the plea before Hennepin County District Judge Robert Small.
Minneapolis Police Inspector Mike Martin, who leads the city's North Side precinct, said Patton is 'one of our most problematic, high-profile gang members. ... He's the type of person that always seems to be around murders.'
Many members of the 19 Dipset gang have gone to prison for other murders"
