One was charged in connection with the sale of Schedule II narcotics, a category that includes cocaine, hydrocodone and methamphetamines. Possession of Schedule II drugs are a felony offense.Regina Ann Ligon, 22, who gave a 736B Main St. address, was charged with violation of parole for delivery of schedule II narcotics and 5 capias traffic charges. Ligon was held without bond.Joshua Raynell Ellis, 23, who gave a 1231 Mossrose Road address, was charged with possession of a schedule VI substance for retail. Marijuana is the most common schedule VI drug.Shatika Renea Dix, 22, who gave a 16D Summit Heights address, was also arrested, but her charges were not listed. Dix was held without bond for transfer to another jurisdiction"
