Liverpool crime mob known as "The Baker's Green Boys" imposed a frightening reign of terror across England and Scotland, a court has heard.Convict Andrew McIntyre who masterminded a drugs and firearms racket from behind the bars of his prison cell had a further 23 years added to his sentence on Friday.And detectives told how they demolished his evil network an investigation code-named 'Operation Filmore', that began after a number of shootings in Merseyside in 2008.Operation Filmore resulted in a substantial number of arrests and total of 43 people have been convicted - including two members of the civilian staff at Merseyside Police HQ."The Bakers Green Boys' took their name from the Bakers Green housing estate, in Huyton, where its operations were based.In a series of four separate trials that came to a conclusion this week, its members have been sentenced to jail terms totalling more than 300 years.McIntyre, 28, was convicted on one count of conspiracy to supply heroin and crack cocaine and a further count of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.The career criminal was also found guilty of two counts of conspiracy to possess prohibited firearms.
