leader of a chapter of the Almighty Vice Lord Nation street gang Convicted murderer, gang leader charged in Washington County drug sale

Convicted murderer, gang leader charged in Washington County drug sale: "convicted murderer and purported gang leader from Vermont was arrested late Friday on a charge he possessed heroin with intent to sell.
His arrest was one of two in a case that police said shows the role that drug dealers from Rutland, Vt., play in the local drug trade.
Reginald K. Watson, 34, and Tara A. Stone, 36, both of Rutland, Vt., were arrested late Friday after an investigation by the Washington County Drug Task Force.
They each face one felony count of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Washington County Sheriff Roger Leclaire said the two sold heroin and crack cocaine to a police informant during a months-long investigation.
Watson is a native of Mississippi who is a leader of a chapter of the Almighty Vice Lord Nation street gang in the Rutland area, sheriff's Deputy Scott Stark said.
He was convicted of murder and conspiracy to commit murder in Mississippi in 1995 and sentenced to 14 years in prison, Leclaire said."
