Gang member pleads guilty in shooting of federal agent during September drug raid News for Dallas, Texas Dallas Morning News Latest News: "39-year-old gang member who shot a federal agent in September during a drug raid pled guilty Monday to charges of assaulting a federal officer, distributing crack cocaine and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Gary Montgomery, known as “G-Bone,” could receive a sentence of up to 29 years behind bars if the court accepts the plea agreement."
